kilometre Splits For Each Day

Explanatory note – The splits are for total elapsed time. I don’t pause the watch each time I stop for a rest/photo/pee/feed. I like to measure “time on my feet”, how long it took me to get from start to finish. So there is not a lot of consistency between km, because I made it a habit to rest or walk at least every half hour.

Examples are –

Takaka Hill, during the 10k uphill I walked every 2 km, and then took a long lunch break at the top of the hill

Abel Tasman I stopped to take quite a few photos

Saxton’s Oval athletics track, I deliberately walked about 400 metres every 4km, and I stopped at 40km to change my shoes.

The watch kept running through all of these.
